At Zad Luxury, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains the conditions and procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return & Exchange Period

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days starting from the day after receiving the order. Any requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To be eligible, the product must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • Be returned in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories

  • Not show any signs of use, damage, washing, or alteration

Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Jewelry and accessories (except scarves and handbags)

  • Bodysuits

  • Abayas

  • Promotional items, free gifts, or products marked as Non-Returnable

  • Products purchased during special or surprise discount campaigns

Fashion & Clothing Items

  • Only one item can be exchanged for one item

  • Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging

  • Washed, damaged, or used clothing items will not be accepted

Dresses Policy

  • Dresses cannot be returned

  • Exchanges are allowed only if the dress is new, unused, sealed in its original packaging, and all tags are intact and not removed or damaged

Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item due to an error on our part:

  • Please contact customer support immediately

  • The product must be returned to us

  • All shipping and delivery costs will be covered by Zad Luxury

Refunds

  • Refunds apply to the product value only

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refunds are processed within 10 to 15 business days

  • Return shipping fee is 70 SAR, unless the error is from our side

Order Modification

If approved by management, customers may modify their order within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Important Notice

If a customer receives an incorrect item, it must not be opened or used. If the product or its packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange.
